Newly Established Complaint/Suggestion Cell deals with public complaints/ Suggestions. When a common man has any kind of complaint/Suggestion about Traffic or Traffic Wardens. One can write an application to Chief Traffic Officer by the reference of complaint/ Suggestion cell. We deal applications on merit and after through proper channel a detailed inquiry is held, after completion of inquiry, a report is presented to chief traffic officer.
